Access the Best Private Clubs in America With a MAC Membership

If traveling for work or pleasure is part of your life, you should know about all the access you get to private clubs and golf courses with a membership to the newly renovated Milwaukee Athletic Club (The MAC).

A membership to The MAC covers your entire family and allows you to enjoy dining, athletic facilities, special hotel rooms, and other amenities throughout Wisconsin, across the country, and even overseas. The full network includes more than 100 private clubs.

The Good Life in Wisconsin

In Wisconsin, MAC Members can visit and dine at any of 10 private clubs, including the Western Racquet Club in Elm Grove and the Madison Club. If golf is your game, you can stay sharp and improve your swing in the golf suites at The MAC all winter, and then, when the snow is gone, enjoy golfing access to 19 different private courses in Wisconsin—including Pine Hills Country Club, Stevens Point Country Club, Kenosha Country Club, and West Bend Country Club.

Like hunting? MAC Members also have access to The Highlands, a private hunting club on 600 acres of land just an hour north of Milwaukee.

Reciprocity Nationwide

The reciprocity network that The MAC is a part of covers Members who are visiting nearly every major city in America. Members enjoy staying and dining at the prestigious Detroit Athletic Club, the Minneapolis Club, and either the Union League Club or the University Club in Chicago.

Imagine how nice it would be to know that any time you’re visiting a city, you have a special connection that’ll ensure your stay is top-notch—and not just in the Midwest. MAC Members can experience this in cities across the country, including Boston, New York, and D.C. on the East Coast and Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles on the West—and many cities in between.

Know about the Olympic Club in San Francisco? It has hosted five U.S. Opens and is always ranked among the most prestigious clubs in the country. MAC Members don’t have to spring for the tens-of-thousands-of-dollar membership fee in order to visit; it comes as part of membership to their hometown club.

Membership Has Its Privileges Abroad

MAC Members are a worldly bunch and get good use out of their reciprocity perks on five different continents. Members have access to seven different private clubs across Canada, including in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Want to get away somewhere warm in the depths of January? MAC Members enjoy perks at the Balboa Club in Mazatlán.

Throughout Europe, Members have access to clubs in England, Ireland, and France. Further afield, in Asia, they can rest up, get a good workout, and enjoy an excellent meal at The American Club’s facilities in Hong Kong, the Tokyo American Club, and the Seoul Club in South Korea. There are even four private clubs in Australia where MAC Members have reciprocity.

So much has gone into making The MAC one of the premier city clubs in America in the past few years, so you may be hard pressed to find its equal among our partner clubs. However, with all of the reciprocity perks to enjoy, our Members have plenty of options to find a second-favorite club.
